Online library proves to be a great resource

Michigan State University has provided MSU Extension staff members free access to lynda.com, an extensive online library containing more than 53,000 video tutorials on a wide range of software. Topics include Adobe applications, Microsoft Office, multimedia, Web design and much more. Click here for more information on how to log in with your MSUNet ID. You may need to download a free plug-in to be able to view the video tutorials.

Information on system requirements and other technical details are available at lynda.com/support. More lynda.com information is available here. If you have additional questions, please contact the Academic Technology Services (ATS) Help Desk at 517-432-6200.

Lela Vandenberg, senior Extension specialist, recommends the site. Said Lela, “I’ve started learning more about PowerPoint and Excel, and I appreciate the course outlines and the short lessons – a little a day goes a long way!”

Take advantage of this great resource and beef up your technology skills.
