Professor receives special recognition from Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association

Dr. Robert Schutzki, Michigan State University associate professor of horticulture, was surprised with special recognition from the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association (MNLA) Jan. 7 at the 2014 Great Lakes Trade Exposition/Green Industry Leadership and Awards Reception in the Pantlind Ballroom of the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The MNLA recognized Dr. Schutzki for his tireless efforts and contributions to Michigan’s nursery and landscape industry through an exemplary career spanning over 30 years.

MNLA’s executive director Amy Frankmann said, “This was a special recognition that came to fruition through action taken by the MNLA’s Board of Directors to commemorate Dr. Schutzki’s tenure at MSU, in Michigan, and all that he has contributed to our industry.”

Congratulations to Dr. Schutzki!
